Ukiyo is a Japanese bath-house inspired fine dining concept, featuring a twelve-seat sushi bar and a curated multi-course omakase menu crafted by Chef Phraseuth 'Paul' Sananikone. Drawing inspiration from his travels throughout Asia, South America, and the United States, Chef Paul introduces innovative flavor profiles, using seasonal, fresh ingredients, sourced from those regions of inspiration directly.
This March, Ukiyo will continue to serve its season 3 menu: "Kizuna no Tobemono" which refers to bonds or connections between people and cultures. Ukiyo's third menu brings together diverse ingredients and culinary traditions in a harmonious way while simultaneously bringing together guests for an intimate dining experience.
